The Munoz Family's search for a home with a pool changed after meeting Robert, the Red Tie Guy!

Although it still took time (pool homes had serious competition, on top of the hot market of 2021), they would find a pool home, and were actually able to offer without requiring the sale of their previous home.  

Selling their home also exceeded their expectations...

After marketing the home they were selling, they had a bidding war above their list price before the weekend was over.  They didn't realize their home's selling power until after professional photos were taken, explored just what their competition was (and why the competition sold for less!), and saw the traffic in from open houses.
